We list below a quick reference to getting started with your new dial around service. These are generic instructions which are generally correct. You may have to contact your service if the instructions below fail.

Q. How do I make a call using my new dial around service?
A. Remember each carrier has a specific 1010### number this is like an ID number which identifies who the carrier is. This is how the rates you are charged is determined. In the instructions below ### is used as a generic number. The ### will actually be 3 digits specific to your particular dialaround. (DO NOT DIAL three hashes (#s) it will not work). You will need the three numbers for your dialaround service. ( See a more comprehensive description below.).

In the US & Canada:
Dial 1010 + ### + 1+ area code + number.

To make an international calls:
Dial 1010 + ### + 011 + country code + number.

Q. How do I make a call using my new call back service?
A. Dial the service access or trigger number provided to you by your new carrier and hang up as soon as it rings. Part of the access number may be a personal PIN or access code. Within a short period the call back service will call you back and provide a dial tone or instruction. You then dial the number you require and your call will be switched using your international callback carrier. You may be required to enter * or # at the end of the number. Calling from within the USA:-
Destination:- USA, Canada, Hawaii etc Dial 1 + area code + number eg 1 456 767 6789 (possibly followed by * or #)

Other non US countries Dial country code + area code + number eg 27 31 456 6789 (possibly followed by * or #)

A. Your carrier should have provided you with your PINS or security codes numbers by e-mail, fax or regular mail. If you did not get the PINS or codes, please contact customer service.
